Sweet Soy Chicken and Greens

Sweet Soy Chicken and Greens
Method
- Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar and pepper in a bowl until the sugar starts to dissolve.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the soy mixture and place them onto a lined baking tray.
- Pour over any remaining sauce so everything gets lovely and sticky.
- Bake the chicken at 200C for 30 minutes.
- While that’s cooking, Trim the tops and tails off the green beans.
- With 10 minutes to go, Scatter the beans over the chicken and give them a light spray of olive oil.
- Pop it back in the oven until the chicken is sticky and caramelised and the beans are tender.
- Serve it hot with steamed rice and plenty of that sticky sauce. 😍
