Air Fryer Sushi Salmon Burgers
These are such a fun one when you want something a bit different but still easy enough to pull off on a busy night. You’ve got all those sushi-style flavours in a crispy little salmon burger, and the air fryer does the hard work for you.
They’re quick, budget-friendly, and a great way to turn a tin of salmon into something that feels way more exciting than it has any right to. Crispy outside, soft in the middle, and very easy to keep grabbing straight from the plate.
Why you’ll love it
These are quick, crispy and made with simple ingredients. They’re a handy little dinner or lunch idea when you want something easy but not boring, and using tinned salmon keeps it affordable too.
Handy tips
Make sure the rice is cooked before you start, and crush the cornflakes well so they stick nicely to the outside. Flip the burgers halfway through so both sides get golden and crisp.
Serving ideas
These are great served hot as they are, or popped onto a plate with extra mayo on the side. They’d also work well as a fun lunch, easy dinner, or party food.
