Why You'll Love This Lemon Bread Recipe

This Lemon Bread recipe hits the sweet spot between simplicity and flavour. The use of lemonade might sound unusual, but it’s the secret weapon here! Not only does it bring out that lemony punch, but the bubbles in the lemonade also make the bread beautifully light. Meanwhile, Greek yogurt adds a touch of creaminess that keeps the loaf moist without being dense.
Another bonus? This Lemon Bread doesn’t need yeast or rising time—it’s powered by self-raising flour. That’s convenience in a nutshell! Whether it’s a snack with tea or a cheeky breakfast option, this bread is sure to become one of your favourites.

Can I use plain flour instead of self-raising flour?
Yes! Just add 2 tsp of baking powder to each cup of plain flour to get the same result.
You can swap it for plain or vanilla yoghurt. Sour cream works too if you want an extra rich flavour.
