Chicken Mushroom Pasta Bake
This is the sort of dinner that saves your bum when you need something easy, filling and likely to keep everyone happy. You chuck everything into the dish, add the pasta and cream, then finish it off with a good layer of cheese. Hard to argue with that.
It’s creamy, cheesy and packed with chicken, mushrooms and spinach, so it feels like a proper meal without a heap of fuss. Great for busy nights when you want something warm and comforting on the table.
Why you’ll love it
It’s easy, hearty and made with simple ingredients. You get a creamy pasta bake with plenty of chicken and veg, and the oven does most of the work for you.
Handy tips
Make sure the pasta is cooked before adding it to the dish so everything comes together nicely. Give it a really good stir once the cream goes in so the chicken, veg and pasta are evenly mixed before topping with cheese.
Serving ideas
Serve it hot straight from the dish while the cheese is golden and bubbly. It’s a proper all-in-one dinner, but you could also pop it on the table with a simple side salad if you like.
