These Curry Chicken Sausage Rolls are not just delicious; they’re also a healthier option thanks to all the veggies packed inside. Let’s dive into how you can make these irresistible rolls at home!
Curry Chicken Sausage Rolls Tips and Tricks
- Use Fresh Ingredients: For the best flavour, use fresh chicken mince and veggies. Fresh ginger and garlic make a huge difference too! 🌿🧄
- Proper Mixing: Ensure the filling is well-mixed. You can use a food processor for a quicker mix, but getting hands-on ensures all ingredients are thoroughly combined. 🤲
- Chill the Filling: Letting the filling chill for a bit in the fridge can make it easier to handle and roll. It also helps the flavours meld together beautifully. ❄️
- Puff Pastry: Use good quality puff pastry. If you can, go for an all-butter puff pastry as it gives a richer flavour and a flakier texture. 🥐
- Seal the Edges: Make sure to seal the pastry edges well to prevent the filling from spilling out during cooking. A bit of water or egg wash can act as glue. 👩🍳
- Cooking Time: Air fryers can vary, so keep an eye on your sausage rolls. They should be golden and crispy when done. If you’re baking, make sure your oven is preheated. 🔥
