Lebanese Bread Chips
This is one of those little snack recipes that disappears way too fast. They’re cheap, quick, ridiculously easy, and the air fryer gets them golden and crunchy in no time.
Perfect for dipping, popping on a grazing board, or just eating straight from the bowl while you pretend you’re only having a few. Big crunch, big flavour, barely any effort.
Why you’ll love it
They’re quick, budget-friendly and made with hardly any ingredients. The air fryer gives them that golden crunch fast, and they’re handy for snacks, platters or easy entertaining.
Handy tips
Give the bread a good spray with olive oil so the seasoning sticks properly. Keep an eye on them from around the 7 minute mark because air fryers can vary, and once they start going golden they can darken quickly.
Serving ideas
Serve them with hummus, tzatziki or as part of a grazing board. They’re also great as a crunchy snack when you want something quick and easy without spending much.
